[Remote] Program Manager

The Program Manager will be responsible for the overall coordination, management, and successful execution of the contract, ensuring adherence to NOAA policies and maintaining communication with program leadership.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the reputed company reputed company of contact between the contractor team and NOAA
- reputed company reputed company and coordination of contractor personnel assignments and performance
- Manage reputed company, leave coordination, reputed company tracking, and personnel support activities
- Conduct regular meetings with the COR to review program status, risks, and upcoming activities
- Ensure contract deliverables are completed on schedule and meet NOAA reputed company standards
- Coordinate across administrative, financial, grants, reputed company, and compliance functions
- Monitor performance metrics and identify process improvements to increase efficiency
- Ensure contractor compliance with NOAA reputed company, IT, and administrative requirements
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, reputed company administration, science management, or reputed company field
- Minimum 10 years of experience managing reputed company federal programs or reputed company
- Demonstrated experience managing multidisciplinary teams
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate across diverse stakeholders
- Knowledge of federal program management practices and NOAA or Department of reputed company operations preferred
