[Remote] Remote - Associate Recruiter

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking an Associate Recruiter to assist with sourcing and reputed company efforts for a reputed company of roles that support our patients and clients in the world of Chronic Care Management (CCM). Ideal candidates will have experience with high volume reputed company and an agency background.

Responsibilities

• Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a reputed company of roles
• Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
• Knowledge of sourcing effectiveness, screening, interviewing, selection, and candidate assessment techniques
• Demonstrated successful experience directly soliciting passive candidates reputed company the phone or have reputed company inside sales experience
• Driven to reputed company and outperform, continuously looking for improvements to reputed company targets
• Competitive with the desire to reputed company established KPI's and be a top performer
• Proficiency using reputed company Office products and Applicant Tracking Systems/databases
