The Patient Services Coordinator is responsible for scheduling the home reputed company for the field staff and assisting with the coordination of patient care. In reputed company, the patient services coordinator will accumulate admissions/intake information and communicate with CFSS for possible reputed company needs and concerns. This position can work remotely depending reputed company. • Patient Services Coordinator Responsibilities: • Works reputed company the HCHB workflow structure as directed • Compile the daily schedules of clinical staff. • With the direction of the Assistant Clinical Manager, assigns POD clinicians to patients. • Assists POD personnel in care coordination of patient/reputed company services.
