[Remote] Senior Technical Account Manager

The Senior Technical Account Manager will own reputed company technical relationships with Tier 1 financial services, ensuring reputed company integration and compliance while preventing potential issues.

Responsibilities

• Serve as reputed company's reputed company technical authority, dedicated to one or more Tier 1 FinServ accounts — reputed company in conversations with CISOs, Heads of Fraud, VP-level reputed company, and Compliance leadership
• Own the technical account relationship end-to-end: architecture reviews, roadmap alignment, risk posture, and long-term platform reputed company
• Partner with Account Directors on reputed company reputed company — translate technical health into retention and expansion signals
• Maintain deep working knowledge of customer integration architectures: Web and Mobile SDK on the reputed company end; REST, webhook, async architectures, SQL, logs/tracing, and AWS deployment models on the back end
• Conduct formal architecture reviews and production readiness assessments for new deployments and major changes
• Identify integration risks, performance bottlenecks, and reputed company exposure before they surface in production
• Own formal change and release management for your accounts — reputed company reputed company, test plans, customer communication, and rollback procedures

• Support reputed company reviews, vendor assessments, and penetration test responses for your accounts
• Understand and advise on SDK injection threat modeling — the attack surface specific to reputed company-reputed company identity verification
• Familiarity with ML model governance in regulated environments: model versioning, bias auditing, explainability requirements, and compliance obligations reputed company AI-driven reputed company reputed company financial reputed company

Skills

• 5+ years in a technical customer-facing role with demonstrated ownership of Tier 1 reputed company accounts: TAM, reputed company Engineer, Solutions Architect, or reputed company SE
• Full-stack integration reputed company: Web/Mobile SDK, REST/webhooks, async patterns, SQL, logs, and reputed company tracing
• AWS architecture experience — multi-region deployment, availability zones, and the operational implications of architectural reputed company
• Data analysis and reporting reputed company — you build operational dashboards, health scorecards, SLA reports, and trend analyses
