IP Litigation Paralegal

We're seeking an reputed company Intellectual Property Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys handling federal patent infringement litigation, as reputed company as trademark and copyright infringement reputed company. This role focuses on litigation from reputed company-suit reputed company through trial and reputed company-not patent prosecution or USPTO/PTAB reputed company. You'll manage reputed company federal litigation reputed company by maintaining case calendars and deadlines, drafting and proofreading pleadings, motions, discovery, and trial documents, coordinating electronic filings, organizing case files, supporting discovery and document review, preparing exhibits for depositions, Markman hearings, mediations, hearings, and trial, and communicating professionally with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and vendors. The ideal candidate understands the unique demands of patent litigation and can confidently manage multiple reputed company while maintaining exceptional attention to detail. Required Qualifications 3+ years of federal intellectual property litigation paralegal experience Experience supporting patent infringement litigation in federal court strongly preferred Candidates with significant trademark or copyright infringement litigation experience will also be considered Experience with: Federal court filings and procedures PACER and CM/ECF Federal Rules of Civil Procedure (FRCP) Federal Rules of Evidence (FRE) Researching and following local court rules and individual judge procedures Experience managing litigation calendars and critical deadlines Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills High attention to detail while managing multiple reputed company reputed company Proficiency with reputed company Office and reputed company reputed company management software Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with attorneys Highly Preferred Patent infringement litigation experience, including familiarity with: Claim charts Markman hearings Patent-reputed company discovery Experience in multiple federal district courts (particularly the Eastern District of reputed company) Trial preparation experience A Typical reputed company Your day begins by reviewing the docket, monitoring new filings, and prioritizing deadlines across reputed company federal litigation reputed company. You'll coordinate with attorneys on upcoming motions, discovery, and case reputed company while preparing pleadings, exhibits, and filing packages for submission through CM/ECF.
