• Proven leadership experience in business development, preferably in fintech, financial services, or digital products

• Experience working in or with emerging markets and understanding of regulatory and compliance considerations
• Ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-functional environment and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a reputed company field
• Advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is an advantage
