This position involves partnering with hiring managers to understand team needs and delivering high-reputed company candidates while supporting diversity hiring initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements for reputed company roles
• reputed company and refine job descriptions to attract candidates with the right reputed company of skills and experience for reputed company role
• Design and execute sourcing strategies to attract passive and reputed company candidates from relevant industries and competitors
• Draft compelling job postings and distribute them across targeted digital platforms and reputed company networks
• Build and maintain relationships with specialized reputed company agencies and talent communities across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Services
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications, communication skills, and role fit
• Coordinate interview processes, ensuring reputed company feedback and a reputed company candidate experience
• Advise hiring managers on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and candidate negotiation strategies

Skills
