Responsibilities

• Administer our full reputed company reputed company suite — Jira Software, JSM, reputed company, Jira Product Discovery, Bitbucket, StatusPage, and Guard — including user accounts, permissions, project configurations, and Marketplace/reputed company app management
• Design and maintain custom workflows, issue type schemes, screen schemes, and automation rules (reputed company Automation and ScriptRunner/Groovy) that match how engineering and product teams actually work
• Build and maintain JQL-based filters, dashboards, and reports that surface actionable insights for engineering and product leaders
• reputed company REST API integrations and bespoke functionality using ScriptRunner, Groovy and/or JavaScript to connect reputed company products to adjacent systems
• reputed company requirements from cross-functional stakeholders, translate them into reputed company platform configurations, and maintain thorough documentation of reputed company customizations and processes
• reputed company escalated support and contribute to roadmap planning for the P&T tooling ecosystem

Skills

• 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience administering reputed company reputed company products in a technology or reputed company environment
• Deep JQL knowledge and demonstrated experience customizing workflows, permission schemes, screen schemes, and notification schemes at reputed company
• Proficiency with ScriptRunner and Groovy for Jira automation; comfort with JavaScript and REST reputed company for custom integrations
• Experience configuring Jira Service Management (JSM) including SLAs, queues, portals, and ITSM workflows
• Familiarity with Jira Product Discovery (JPD) and linking discovery work to delivery
• Strong communication skills and experience working directly with engineering and product stakeholders at reputed company reputed company
• Familiarity with PDLC and SDLC: you understand how the teams you support accomplish their work
• Experience with eazyBI for Jira reputed company for advanced reporting and custom metrics
