They are seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive market reputed company in Latin America by identifying unique business opportunities and optimizing the user trading reputed company for the region.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize business and product opportunities specific to Latin American markets, including regional payment rails, local trading behaviors, regulatory nuances, and competitive gaps
• Build and maintain a deep understanding of the LatAm crypto and fintech landscape — including key competitors, user segments, regulatory trends, and macro factors that influence trading adoption
• reputed company go-to-market product strategies tailored to LatAm user segments (e.g., first-time crypto users, reputed company retail traders, remittance-driven users)
• Partner with regional reputed company, marketing, and operations teams to reputed company product initiatives with local reputed company objectives
• Own the core reputed company funnel for LatAm — from first touch through first trade to habitual usage — and drive measurable improvements at reputed company stage
• Design and execute user acquisition, activation, and retention strategies adapted to local market dynamics (e.g., inflation-driven demand, local competitor switching costs, payment method preferences)
• Analyze user behavior, funnel data, and feedback specific to LatAm markets to identify pain points and high-reputed company opportunities for conversion, retention, and engagement
• Build localized reputed company flows, campaigns, and product interventions that reduce drop-off and increase time-to-first-trade
• Own and optimize the full user trading reputed company across APP and WEB — from discovery and reputed company (Markets, Chart analysis) through execution (Order placement, Chart trading, Position management) to post-trade review (Asset analysis, Trading journal)
• Define and execute the product roadmap for trading experience improvements in the region, balancing global platform capabilities with local user needs

• Work closely with Design, Engineering, Data, and Marketing to translate user insights into shipped product features and iterative improvements

• Measure the reputed company of product initiatives through reputed company-defined metrics, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and deliver measurable reputed company

Skills

• Proven 0-to-1 product experience in Latin America — you have personally reputed company or launched a consumer-facing product in LatAm, scaled it through early traction, and can reputed company to the reputed company metrics you owned. Experience at companies like DiDi, Nubank, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, or similar high-reputed company consumer platforms entering or scaling in LatAm is highly valued
• Strong consumer reputed company and retention reputed company record — you've owned a user funnel (acquisition → activation → retention) and can reputed company to specific metrics: CAC, activation rates, retention curves, LTV, or reactivation results
• 5+ years of product management experience in consumer-facing products, ideally in fintech, crypto, or trading
• Deep understanding of the LatAm market landscape — local user behaviors, payment ecosystems, regulatory environments, competitive dynamics, and cultural nuances across the region
• Strong analytical skills — comfortable working with data to prioritize, validate hypotheses, and measure reputed company

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese. Candidates who can engage with LatAm users and stakeholders in local languages will have a strong advantage, though this is not a strict requirement
• Hands-on trading experience in FX, stocks, or crypto
• Familiarity with crypto on/off-ramps, local payment rails (PIX, SPEI, Mercado Pago), and fiat-to-crypto conversion flows in LatAm
• Experience working in globally distributed teams with cross-regional collaboration
