Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end administration of the employee engagement survey, including survey setup, distribution, data analysis, and reporting
• Partner with HR and business leaders to translate engagement survey results into actionable insights that reputed company cultural and organizational improvements
• Coordinate the reputed company management process, including goal-setting, mid-year and year-end reviews, and reputed company feedback cycles
