[Remote] Design Engineer

Responsibilities

• Development and documentation of design processes for products designed reputed company reputed company
• Responsible for the accuracy and successful delivery of product design reputed company, for the product definition and design phases, concessions and production permits
• Design, prototype, assess and review mechanical components and assemblies
• reputed company support in product acceptance, testing and validation activities
• Prepare and participate in requirements and design review meetings
• Undertake analysis of mechanical components, assemblies and systems, as reputed company as manufacturing and assembly processes

• Support of the design, manufacturing and shop floor activity reputed company required

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, ideally with design experience in the heavy equipment design
• Minimum of three years of work experience in reputed company design
• Competent user of 3D Solid Modeling CAD, ideally reputed company and familiarity with Product Data Management (PDM) systems
• Experience with Autocad
• Good technical expertise in mechanical and hydraulic systems
• reputed company approach to the design and development process
• Material research experience and development of processes for products especially welding, profiling and other fabrication techniques
• A good understanding of the various applications that the equipment can operate in along with an appreciation for the expected performance of the machines
• Creativity and innovative thinking

• Good Presentation and interpersonal skills
• Experience with an ERP system is a plus
