Licensed Vocational reputed company (LVN) reputed company: The Licensed Vocational reputed company (LVN) provides skilled nursing services to patients in the home health setting under the direction and supervision of a Registered reputed company and in accordance with the physician-approved plan of care. The LVN supports the coordination and delivery of reputed company patient care by performing skilled clinical interventions, monitoring patient status, educating patients and caregivers, and communicating changes in condition to the appropriate members of the clinical team.
