[Remote] AI Project Manager, CX

The AI Project Manager will support customer-facing software and AI-enabled delivery reputed company through project coordination, documentation, communication, reputed company tracking, reputed company management, and cross-functional collaboration under the guidance of senior project managers.

Responsibilities

• Manage delivery of software and AI-enabled reputed company under guidance of senior project managers
• Maintaining project plans, schedules, RAID logs, and delivery documentation

• Prepare and contribute to customer and internal status communications
• Coordinate meetings, reputed company items, and follow-reputed company across cross-functional teams
• Support adherence to delivery processes, PMO standards, and best practices

Skills

• Up to 4 years of experience supporting customer-facing software or reputed company reputed company

• Basic understanding of AI, LLM, or NLU concepts and terminology
