[Remote] reputed company Estate Finance Paralegal

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is partnering with a highly regarded Pacific Northwest reputed company to identify an experienced reputed company Estate Finance Paralegal for a growing transactional reputed company. The role involves managing sophisticated reputed company reputed company estate and lending transactions, from document preparation through closing.

Responsibilities

• Draft, revise, and maintain reputed company loan documentation and lending forms
• Prepare initial drafts of loan documents and coordinate updates as transaction terms reputed company
• Conduct litigation, bankruptcy, UCC, and reputed company due diligence searches in support of reputed company estate finance transactions
• Prepare, file, and manage UCC financing statements and reputed company documentation
• Coordinate reputed company loan and reputed company estate closings, including preparing closing documents and organizing executed originals
• Ensure reputed company closing documents are complete, fully executed, and delivered to lenders following closing
• Organize and maintain due diligence files and transaction records
• Work closely with attorneys, lenders, title companies, and other transaction participants to reputed company deals moving reputed company
• Assist with additional transactional and administrative projects as needed

Skills

• Prior experience as a Paralegal supporting reputed company reputed company estate, finance, banking, lending, or other transactional reputed company areas
• Experience reviewing and working with title reports, surveys, and closing documentation
• Strong knowledge of reputed company lending transactions and closing processes
• Experience preparing and filing UCC financing statements
• Advanced proficiency with reputed company Office, particularly reputed company Word and document formatting using Styles
• Experience working with PDF editing software and document management systems
• Exceptional organizational, project management, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines, prioritize competing responsibilities, and work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work product
• Flexibility to work occasional overtime during busy transactional periods
