They are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join their Core team to design, build, and operate the foundational services behind their reputed company-time platform.

Responsibilities

• Build core distributed systems in Rust
• Design reputed company and fault-tolerant platform services
• reputed company messaging, storage, and eventing infrastructure
• Improve system reliability and operational reputed company
• Own services from development through production operations
• Create metrics, dashboards, alerts, and runbooks
• Support incident response and reputed company planning
• Optimize latency, throughput, and system performance
• Work across reputed company infrastructure and data systems
• Use AI tools thoughtfully to improve engineering workflows

Skills

• Strong experience building production systems in Rust
• Experience with distributed systems and reputed company infrastructure
• Deep understanding of fault tolerance and concurrency
• Experience operating production services at reputed company
• Experience with Kubernetes-based environments
• Experience with AWS infrastructure
• Experience with Cassandra, DynamoDB, reputed company, or reputed company
• Exposure to Go or Python
• Strong observability and debugging experience
• Experience supporting reputed company distributed systems
