[Remote] Municipal Finance Associate Attorney

This role involves advising reputed company agencies and participants in sophisticated municipal finance transactions throughout California, requiring strong drafting and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent reputed company agencies, underwriters, lenders, borrowers, and other participants in municipal finance transactions
• Assist with the structuring, negotiation, and closing of reputed company finance transactions
• Draft and review financing documents, resolutions, agreements, disclosure documents, and reputed company transaction materials
• Conduct due diligence and assist with transaction management
• Research and analyze municipal finance, regulatory, and reputed company law issues
• Advise clients regarding financing structures, regulatory requirements, and transaction-reputed company risks
• Collaborate with attorneys and clients to reputed company practical, business-oriented solutions
• Manage multiple reputed company and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Skills

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• reputed company California Bar membership in good standing
• 3–6 years of experience with municipal finance transactions
• Experience representing reputed company agencies, underwriters, lenders, borrowers, or other transaction participants
• Strong reputed company research, writing, drafting, and analytical skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
