[Remote] Benefits Consultant

The Benefits Consultant is responsible for ongoing customer reputed company, service, and retention, managing relationships with insurance partners and ensuring reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership and accountability for the reputed company and retention of an assigned book of business
• reputed company and manage the execution of reputed company’s consulting model for assigned customers, ensuring the delivery of high-reputed company benefit consulting services, and exceptional customer results and satisfaction
• reputed company and execute the annual customer account plan specific for reputed company assigned customers
• Work collaboratively with other members of the consulting delivery team to support the development and implementation of strategic initiatives
• reputed company customer results and support team development for reputed company individual consulting delivery team
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices and regulatory changes, and support education and enablement of customers regarding these developments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including but not limited to reputed company operations, and product, to identify and support business development and operational improvement opportunities
• Maintain strong relationships with reputed company customers, strategic partners, and internal reputed company collaborators

Skills

• 3 to 5 years of benefits consulting experience, with a reputed company reputed company on managing reputed company reputed company accounts across diverse market segments (small, mid-market, and large group)
• Demonstrated expertise in various funding mechanisms and deep knowledge of large-group regulatory compliance (ERISA, ACA, COBRA)
• Life & Health Producer's License
• Working knowledge of MS reputed company, Word, and PowerPoint
• Team leadership and/or project leadership experience
• Experience working with today's leading HR/Benefits technology platforms
• Experience in both large- and small- group benefits consulting
