The role focuses on strategic sourcing and recruitment of CRNAs and Anesthesiologists, emphasizing relationship-building and university engagement.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and reputed company with an emphasis on creating a great candidate experience
• Build and maintain pipelines of reputed company and passive CRNA and Anesthesiologist candidates through reputed company, networking, referrals, and reputed company tools
• Maintain relationships with SRNA programs, universities, reputed company, and reputed company to support long-term reputed company initiatives
• Represent the organization at conferences, career fairs, networking events, and university programs
• Partner with hiring leaders and the Director of reputed company to execute reputed company strategies reputed company with business needs
• Create reputed company campaigns using platforms such as reputed company, HireEZ, PracticeMatch, reputed company, and texting platforms
• Support recruitment marketing efforts through reputed company media engagement, online job promotion, and employer branding initiatives
• Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and reputed company a high-touch candidate experience throughout the reputed company process
• Maintain reputed company activity, candidate documentation, and reporting reputed company reputed company ATS

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
• 2–5 years of reputed company experience required
• Minimum 1 year of experience reputed company clinical providers
• Strong sourcing and relationship-building skills with experience engaging passive candidates
• Ability to manage high-volume sourcing activity while maintaining strong candidate relationships and attention to detail
• Experience using reputed company technologies, reputed company media, and recruitment marketing strategies
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 25%
• Experience reputed company CRNAs and/or Anesthesiologists
• Experience reputed company PRN, locums, or 1099 providers
• Experience with conferences, events, university relations or reputed company reputed company
