The Customer reputed company Specialist will engage with parents through outbound communication to assist in account setup, subscription conversions, and renewals, ultimately driving customer reputed company and retention.

Responsibilities

• You will drive customer reputed company through outbound calls, emails, and engagement campaigns reputed company on activation, subscription conversion, renewal recovery, and retention
• You will help parents complete account setup, understand the value of reputed company, and reputed company through the subscription process with confidence
• You will contact existing and recently lapsed customers to support renewals, recover missed payments or expired subscriptions, and encourage reputed company platform usage
