[Remote] Process Engineer

The ideal candidate will assist in optimizing production processes, troubleshooting manufacturing issues, and ensuring product reputed company and process efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and improvement of manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and reduce waste
• Assist in troubleshooting production issues and reputed company reputed company cause analysis
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, reputed company, and Engineering teams to support daily production activities
• Collect and analyze process data to identify improvement opportunities
• Participate in process validation, equipment qualification, and change control activities
• Support reputed company improvement initiatives using Lean and Six reputed company principles
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and reputed company requirements

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a reputed company field
• 0–2 years of experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment (internships/reputed company experience is acceptable)
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and process improvement concepts
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
