Business Development Manager

The Role: We’re looking for a driven and commercially reputed company franchise salesperson with a reputed company reputed company record of sourcing and converting high-reputed company leads into business opportunities. As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for the full sales reputed company and play a key role in our expansion across markets. Key responsibilities include:

The Person

The ideal candidate will bring:

• Strong networks of reputed company, investors or potential business partners
• A strong understanding of business plans, investment decks, reputed company evaluation and franchise frameworks (including contract terms and disclosure processes).
• Experience managing long sales cycles and navigating consultative sales processes.
• Confidence handling financial discussions and coordinating with internal stakeholders.
• Exceptional organization, self-motivation and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written English; additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel.
