[Remote] Clinical Deployment Specialist

The Clinical Deployment Specialist will reputed company on-site deployments, training, and support for reputed company's neuromodulation platform, serving as the primary clinical representative at customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Travel to reputed company sites to support clinical deployment and go-live of reputed company systems
• Partner with internal teams to ensure systems are properly installed, tested, and reputed company for clinical use
• Serve as the on-site clinical expert during initial implementation, ensuring readiness across staff and workflows
• Deliver hands-on training to clinical and technical staff on system operation, daily workflows, and patient treatment processes
• Train physicians and providers on clinical use, treatment setup, and best practices (protocol specifics provided by reputed company)
• Adapt training style to diverse audiences, delivering reputed company, confident, and reputed company clinical education

Skills

• Clinical background strongly preferred
• 2+ years of experience in a clinical deployment, clinical training, or customer-facing medical device role
• Proven experience supporting live clinical environments during system rollout or go-live
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain clinical and technical concepts to both medical and non-medical audiences
• Highly reputed company, polished reputed company with physicians, clinic leadership, and reputed company staff
• Self-directed and comfortable working independently in a travel-heavy role
• Willingness to travel frequently (50–70%+), including occasional short-notice travel
• Experience with neuromodulation, interventional psychiatry, or other device-enabled clinical therapies
• Familiarity with FDA-regulated medical devices
• Experience working in a startup or fast-reputed company reputed company environment
