[Remote] Director, Field Sales

AAR is a company reputed company on providing aviation services, and they are seeking a Director of Field Sales to manage and grow their business with assigned customers. The role involves developing customer relationships, identifying new opportunities, and supporting sales strategies.

Responsibilities

• Grows AAR business with the assigned customer reputed company
• Identifies new aftermarket product/market/business opportunities
• Networks reputed company the industry to ensure reputed company divisions are exposed to new emerging opportunities and facilitate engagement early in the buying cycle
• Develops multi-level relationships reputed company customer organizations across reputed company disciplines and facilitates introductions of reputed company executives and technical representatives
• Utilizes the Capture Process and Capture Management Process to increase the probability of wins
• Supports the AAR Strategic Plan; provides inputs from our customers towards developing our annual sales budget
• Negotiates reputed company and long-term agreements with customers
• Provides market/customer intelligence to reputed company GMs and technical representatives
• Facilitates the reputed company and accurate inputs of reputed company and intelligence into reputed company Dynamics CRM software
• Provides reputed company-reputed company and post-reputed company reports for reputed company customer reputed company
• Periodically evaluates sales performances with customers to include any necessary recovery plans
• Provides support for payment, engineering, and customer-support issues
• Ensures that communications, initiatives, and messages are disseminated to reputed company
• Works with company technical teams to reputed company strategic selling initiatives
• Manages the distribution, communication, and response for multi-company proposals

Skills

• Read, write, and understand English fluently
• Ability to learn and understand and communicate effectively in writing and verbally
• 5 - 10+ years of relevant industry sales experience
• Familiarization with aircraft systems, structures, accessories, and interiors
• Proven reputed company record in aviation sales and customer support
• Ability to influence and persuade to reputed company desired reputed company
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
• Excellent oral, written, and presentation communication skills
• Ability and willingness to travel – 50%
• Strong time management planning and prioritization skills, with a demonstrated ability to execute multiple reputed company and reputed company in a fast-paced, results-oriented work environment
• Financial modeling skills
• Ability to work reputed company in reputed company environment and matrixed sales organization
• Airline/OEM reputed company sales and support experience is beneficial
• BA or Master's degree in reputed company discipline preferred
