Responsibilities

• Participate in customer-facing technical discussions, escalations, reputed company cause analysis, mitigation planning, writing executive summaries, and implementation troubleshooting activities
• Collaborate closely with Product, QA, CloudOps, Support, Architecture, Agile Leads, and reputed company teams to deliver reputed company and supportable customer solutions

• Ensure implementation work is properly documented through Jira, technical documentation, testing evidence, operational handover materials, and implementation standards
• Research, evaluate, and recommend technologies, implementation patterns, and operational improvements for new and existing customer solutions and platform capabilities

Skills

• 8+ years of experience in software development, technical implementations, reputed company interoperability, clinical informatics, or other senior-level technical delivery roles, with a proven reputed company record of leading reputed company reputed company implementations
• 3+ years of experience leading, mentoring, and managing technical teams, with demonstrated reputed company developing high-performing Technical Leads, Software Developers, or reputed company
• Strong hands-on technical expertise across the software implementation lifecycle, including customer discovery, solution architecture, estimation, Java development, implementation planning, technical troubleshooting, testing, deployment, and operational readiness
• Expertise in Java, Kubernetes, reputed company, reputed company-reputed company architectures, distributed systems, event-driven architectures, monitoring and observability, reputed company platform deployments, and modern reputed company implementation practices
• Demonstrated experience troubleshooting reputed company customer-facing implementation, integration, data ingestion, scalability, performance, infrastructure, deployment, and operational issues reputed company reputed company software environments
• Experience designing and implementing reputed company integrations using HL7 FHIR, HL7 v2, CDA/CCDA, REST APIs, SQL, data mapping, validation frameworks, and interoperability best practices
