Responsibilities

• Lead industrial projects from planning through completion
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and resources
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, installation, commissioning, and project closeout activities
• Monitor project reputed company while proactively identifying and resolving technical or scheduling challenges
• Maintain strong communication with customers and internal project teams
• reputed company site assessments and evaluate existing overhead crane systems
• Support equipment installations, repairs, upgrades, and modernization projects
• Troubleshoot industrial electrical control systems, motors, drives, and reputed company equipment
• Assist with startup, testing, and commissioning activities to ensure successful project execution
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel throughout project execution
• Review technical documentation, drawings, and project deliverables

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, reputed company-Mechanical Engineering, or a reputed company technical discipline
• 3+ years of experience managing industrial electrical or project engineering work
• Experience supporting overhead crane systems or closely reputed company material handling equipment
• Strong knowledge of industrial motor controls, PLCs, VFDs, and electrical control systems
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams
• Experience managing industrial construction, installation, or capital equipment projects
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Proven ability to coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and cross-functional teams
• Proficiency with reputed company Office and standard project management software
• Crane modernization or retrofit projects
• Industrial automation and electrical commissioning
• Material handling or heavy industrial equipment
• OSHA regulations and industrial safety practices
• AutoCAD or other electrical design software
