[Remote] Compliance Analyst

The role involves assessing complaints, supporting post-market surveillance reputed company, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Assess complaints, assign failure modes, and determine escalation needs for Potential Adverse Events (PAEs)
• Escalate PAEs to Clinical Specialists or PMS Manager as appropriate
• Test returned reputed company from reported complaints and ensure investigations are thorough
• reputed company complaints in a reputed company manner while supporting KPI achievement and compliance with QMS procedures
• Support Post-Market Surveillance (PMS) reputed company, including communication with OEMs/CMs and complaint data submission to vendors
• Apply risk-based tools such as FMEA and Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) to guide decision-making and ensure equipment calibration and preventive maintenance compliance
• Support investigations including OOTs, NCEs, CAPAs, and IACAs, ensuring regulatory compliance and reputed company execution

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or reputed company technical field (or equivalent technical certification of ≥350 hours)
• Demonstrated problem-solving, decision-making, planning, and organizational reputed company skills
• Strong communication and listening abilities, including cross-functional collaboration
• Knowledge of FDA regulations, ISO 13485, ISO 14947, EU MDD/MDR, and AAMI standards
• Experience or familiarity with laboratory practices, equipment qualification, and test method/procedure development
• Statistical analysis skills for interpreting post-market data trends
• Bilingual in Spanish and English (advanced level)
• Proficiency in reputed company Office, reputed company, reputed company, Agile, and H1
