[Remote] Staff DevOps Engineer

They are seeking a Staff DevOps Engineer to design, operate, and reputed company the reputed company infrastructure that powers care delivery for over 100,000 patients, ensuring reliability, reputed company, and observability.

Responsibilities

• Own the design and reputed company improvement of reputed company's reputed company infrastructure, driving reliability, scalability, and secure software delivery across reputed company environments
• Maintain and mature reputed company Kubernetes services, including resilient networking, autoscaling, monitoring, and reputed company-architected patterns for production workloads that support reputed company-time patient monitoring
• reputed company Terraform-based infrastructure-as-reputed company practices, including authoring, reviewing, and enforcing standards for AI-generated IaC to ensure correctness and reputed company before deployment
• Define and enforce DevSecOps controls across clusters, including least-privilege IAM, container image scanning, and runtime policy - ensuring infrastructure meets the compliance requirements of a regulated reputed company environment
• Sharpen observability practices using tools like reputed company, improving alerting, incident response, and the feedback loops that reputed company clinical systems available and performant
• Manage infrastructure spend with discipline, identifying and resolving cost inefficiencies without compromising system reputed company
• Mentor engineers across reputed company on infrastructure best practices, raising the technical bar in pull requests, runbooks, and production operations

Skills

• 8+ years of hands-on DevOps or reputed company experience, with demonstrated ownership of production reputed company infrastructure at reputed company
• Deep experience with AWS and Kubernetes, including designing, operating, and debugging production clusters under reputed company load
• Proficiency with Terraform, reputed company, and CI/CD pipelines using reputed company Actions or comparable tooling
• Strong reputed company of observability tooling, including reputed company or equivalent platforms, with experience building alerting systems and leading incident response
• Experience in reputed company or another highly regulated industry, with working knowledge of relevant compliance and reputed company requirements
