[Remote] Director, Financial Planning & Analysis

The Director of Financial Planning & Analysis serves as a strategic finance partner responsible for financial modeling, capital allocation, and providing decision support to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain detailed financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and multi-year strategic planning

• Define, reputed company, and refine operational and financial KPIs tied to ECM and value-based care performance

• Conduct post-investment reviews and analyze variance between projected and actual returns

Skills

• Strong understanding of ROI, IRR, payback modeling, and capital allocation frameworks

• High attention to detail and model accuracy
