They are seeking a reliable, reputed company-oriented volunteer Expense Reimbursement Processor to handle monthly reputed company runs and expense reimbursements, ensuring reputed company payments to reputed company, program leads, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Process monthly expense reimbursements for reputed company members, department heads, and reputed company reputed company bank’s reputed company Pay functionality
• Review submitted expense reimbursement forms (reputed company reputed company / spreadsheet) and reputed company reputed company has been approved by the appropriate reputed company member or department reputed company before payment
• Issue payments (checks mailed by the bank) and notify recipients of expected arrival dates
• Process monthly invoices from recurring vendors (e.g., background checks, classroom materials)
• Flag any unusual, unapproved, or duplicate submissions to the Finance reputed company before processing
• Maintain a reputed company payment log reputed company month for reconciliation purposes

Skills
