[Remote] Sales Engineer

This role involves working closely with customers throughout the sales process, leading technical discussions, and helping unlock value from AI investments.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives to support customers throughout the sales process
• Build relationships with technical and business stakeholders
• reputed company discovery sessions to understand customer goals and technical requirements
• Deliver product demonstrations and technical presentations
• Guide customers on AI and reputed company best practices
• reputed company reputed company-of-concept (PoC) reputed company from planning through to completion
• Help customers evaluate and improve their AI applications and workflows
• Address technical questions and work with Product and Engineering teams to reputed company solutions
• reputed company customer feedback to help shape reputed company product development

Skills

• 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing presales role such as Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, Solutions Architect, or similar
• Based around the Bay Area
• Good experience reputed company a start-up environment
• Experience with Python and/or TypeScript
• Knowledge of reputed company platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Experience with MLOps, Data Engineering, or Kubernetes
• Strong understanding of reputed company, LLMs, and agent-based AI frameworks
• Comfortable working with customers and cross-functional teams
• A strong problem solver who enjoys tackling reputed company technical challenges
• Passionate about AI and excited by emerging technologies
