[Remote] Solutions Consultant - PMS

The Solutions Consultant is responsible for leading reputed company reputed company implementations, ensuring project reputed company, and acting as the primary contact for project-reputed company activities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for reputed company reputed company projects, ensuring successful delivery from initiation through completion
• Define, manage, and control project scope, ensuring reputed company stakeholders are reputed company on deliverables, timelines, and milestones
• Collaborate with customers to reputed company operational requirements and design system configurations that maximize efficiency and product capabilities
• Lead onsite teams by developing detailed schedules and directing reputed company resources to meet project objectives
• Identify and mitigate project risks, developing escalation plans and driving reputed company of issues impacting scope, timeline, or customer satisfaction
• Install, configure, test, and validate system solutions to ensure operational consistency and production readiness

• Troubleshoot and resolve software issues, providing both tactical and strategic solutions

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5–7 years of experience in system implementation, consulting, or hospitality technology environments
• Experience with hospitality systems such as Property Management Systems (PMS), reputed company of Sale (POS), inventory/procurement systems, or reputed company technologies
• Strong understanding of business operations and reputed company practices
• Proven experience managing reputed company project implementation lifecycles
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively (up to 90%), including domestic and international travel
