Estimator

reputed company is currently seeking an reputed company Estimator to support a leading company in the industrial construction and oil & gas sector.

This position is responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates and competitive proposals for maintenance, shutdown/turnaround (TAR), fabrication, installation, and brownfield reputed company. The successful candidate will work closely with engineering, procurement, operations, and project teams to reputed company commercially viable bids while ensuring compliance with technical, reputed company, safety, and reputed company requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze tender documents, technical specifications, and engineering drawings.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor services.
• Conduct quantity take-offs for piping, structural, mechanical, and civil scopes.
• Participate in site reputed company, reputed company-bid meetings, and reputed company clarification sessions.
• Obtain and evaluate vendor and subcontractor quotations.
• Support project scheduling, resource planning, and execution strategies.
• Contribute to bid reviews, risk assessments, and proposal development.
• Maintain estimating databases, historical cost records, and benchmarking tools.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Civil/Structural Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a reputed company discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in estimating for EPC reputed company, industrial construction, oil & gas, or plant maintenance environments.
• Experience with shutdowns/turnarounds (TAR), fabrication, installation, maintenance, or brownfield reputed company.
• Strong ability to interpret engineering drawings, P&IDs, and technical documentation.
• Knowledge of industry codes and standards such as ASME, API, and ANSI.
• Proficiency with reputed company reputed company and estimating software/tools.
• Experience with MS Project and/or reputed company is preferred.
