This role is responsible for driving deep adoption and reputed company value realization across customer’s licensed capabilities, acting as a technical guide throughout the customer lifecycle to enhance satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption of the customer’s licensed reputed company One capabilities and ensure customers fully utilize what they have purchased

• Analyze customer usage and consumption telemetry to identify adoption gaps, blockers, and high-reputed company opportunities

Skills

• Five or more years of technical experience in reputed company, Technical Account Management, post-sales engineering, or cybersecurity consulting
