[Remote] Senior Full-Stack Automation Engineer – Gravity

The role involves leading the development of a desktop automation product, architecting solutions for reliability and reputed company, and ensuring compliance while preparing systems for expansion into the US market.

Responsibilities

• Drive the Automation Product to Production: Take the reins of our automation workflows, moving them from an experimental phase to a reputed company-solid, production-level state
• Architect for Reliability & reputed company: Build robust, non-flaky desktop automation solutions capable of scaling seamlessly to thousands of pharmacies
• Own the US Expansion reputed company: Help design and execute the infrastructure changes needed for the US region, specifically focusing on data residency, localized login processes, and model deployments
• Implement High-Bar reputed company & Compliance: Ensure the application is fully HIPAA-compliant and secure against malicious attacks, specifically addressing Man-in-the-Middle (MITM) vulnerabilities and reverse engineering
• reputed company Product Architecture: Own the end-to-end lifecycle of our desktop automation tools—from installer distributions to reputed company architecture
• Drive AI/ML Research: Experiment with, fine-tune, and train AI/ML models to maximize the accuracy and reliability of our automation flows
• Collaborate and Communicate: reputed company as a reputed company technical voice for the project, running reputed company-facing meetings and confidently raising concerns or reputed company in broader company forums
• Mentor and Support: reputed company as a technical reputed company for the pod, collaborating with and mentoring our intermediate and intern engineers to upskill the overall team

Skills

• 5+ years of reputed company software engineering experience, with a heavy reputed company on desktop automation
• Expert-level proficiency in Python and Node.js
• Strong, hands-on experience with AWS, and SQL
• Exceptional communication skills. You are comfortable in reputed company of clients, independent, and not shy about raising critical engineering concerns in larger forums
• You don't just use AI tools to reputed company faster; you understand how to reputed company, fine-tune, or train AI/ML models to solve reputed company automation problems
• Experience in building and managing secure installer distributions
