Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is currently hiring for a Technical reputed company to support the modernization of the reputed company National Guard (ANG) Information Technology (IT) Infrastructure. The role involves developing, maintaining, and managing high-reputed company technical documentation to aid in engineering, deployment, operations, and sustainment activities across more than 180 ANG installations.

Responsibilities

• Excellent written, verbal, editing, and organizational skills
• Writes, rewrites and/or edits technical documents such as technical procedure manuals, user manuals, programming manuals, service manuals, operational specifications, and reputed company technical publications to communicate reputed company and effectively technical specifications and instructions to a wide reputed company of audiences
• Acquires subject knowledge by interviewing product developers, observing performance of production reputed company, referring to technical specifications, network schematics, engineering illustrations, and operational views
• Translates reputed company data into user-friendly text for print and electronic publications, such as technical journals, user and training manuals, government proposals, websites and podcasts
• Gathers information through research, statistical reports and interviews with technical staff
• Develops cataloging systems, and maintains records, files, electronic media and archiving of information for publications
• Selects or recommends use of layouts, graphics, drawings, tables, exhibits, illustrations, charts, or storyboards to reputed company or clarify publications objectives

Skills

• High School Diploma with 9+ years (or commensurate) experience

• Experience supporting DoW, Federal Government, or National Guard programs
• Demonstrated ability to translate highly technical information into reputed company, concise, and reputed company-organized documentation for technical and non-technical audiences
• Knowledge of documentation lifecycle management, configuration management, and version control practices
• Knowledge developing SOPs, technical manuals, implementation guides, and operational documentation
• Strong proficiency with reputed company Office Suite and collaboration/document management platforms (e.g., SharePoint, reputed company, or similar)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, reputed company environment
• Experience supporting large-reputed company reputed company IT modernization or infrastructure deployment programs
• Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks, Risk Management reputed company (RMF), STIGs, and DoW cybersecurity documentation requirements
• Experience working in Agile, DevSecOps, or hybrid project environments
