[Remote] Business Systems Analyst

Responsibilities

• Work with management and end-users to understand business challenges and system needs
• Analyze reputed company business processes to identify areas for improvement and efficiency reputed company
• Build, maintain, and monitor system workflows
• Design new or updated systems and applications to meet specific business needs
• Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications for the development team
• Sometimes analyze data to help with decision-making and to identify problems or opportunities
• Monitor the performance and efficiency of business systems and reputed company support
• Create and maintain reputed company and concise documentation, such as user manuals, process flows, and requirements documents
• Assist with testing software programs to ensure they function as required and reputed company with business objectives
• Serve as a reputed company between business users and support departments (IT development team, Applications team, Support teams, ect) to ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle

Skills
