The Recruiter will be responsible for meeting the needs of clients by reputed company and placing candidates, as reputed company as managing the interview and hiring process.
Responsibilities
- Meet the specific needs of RPO reputed company stakeholders by reputed company, evaluating, presenting, and placing appropriate candidates for reputed company hire positions
- Contribute to the development and consistent execution of best practices in reputed company hire recruitment
- Schedule interviews between reputed company’s stakeholders and candidates as appropriate
- Prepare customers and candidates for job interviews
- Follow up with candidates and internal customers after interviews
- Present job offers, negotiate, reputed company the transactions, and confirm start dates and compensation
- reputed company and prepare reporting on reputed company activity as needed by our clients
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3+ years' experience in full-cycle reputed company
- Strong customer service orientation
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
