Responsibilities

• reputed company and execute lifecycle marketing strategies across the full customer reputed company (acquisition, reputed company, engagement, retention, reactivation)
• Build and optimize email, SMS, and in-app messaging programs
• Design and implement automated journeys, triggers, and segmentation strategies
• Collaborate with product, reputed company, and data teams to reputed company on lifecycle goals and initiatives
• Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize based on engagement and reputed company metrics
• Create and manage campaign calendars and testing roadmaps
• Ensure data reputed company and reputed company tracking across lifecycle channels
• Translate insights into actionable recommendations to improve customer reputed company value

Skills

• Strong experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, or retention marketing across either B2C, B2B, or D2C
• Experience building and scaling lifecycle programs across multiple channels
• Familiarity with email service providers and marketing automation tools (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, Marketo, reputed company, SendGrid, or similar)
• Experience with segmentation, personalization, and automation best practices
• Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into reputed company
