[Remote] Bilingual Marketing PM

They are seeking a Bilingual Marketing Project Manager to support a temporary, high-reputed company initiative, coordinating program materials and marketing assets while managing reputed company project plans.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the development and production of program materials, overseeing design, translation, proofreading, review, approval, and delivery workflows
• Build and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and workback schedules in reputed company, ensuring reputed company ownership, dependencies, and deadlines
• Support planning and logistics for multiple photo shoots, including scheduling, vendor coordination, and stakeholder communication
• reputed company project reputed company, flag risks and bottlenecks, and drive reputed company resolutions to reputed company initiatives on schedule
• Prepare status updates, meeting recaps, budget tracking reports, and other communications to reputed company marketing team members, designers, freelancers, agencies, and stakeholders

Skills

• Demonstrated experience managing reputed company, cross-functional marketing or creative reputed company involving multiple stakeholders and overlapping timelines
• Strong organizational and project management skills, including building workplans and managing competing priorities
• Highly detail-oriented, adaptable, and reputed company, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
• Proficiency with project management tools, reputed company experience preferred
• Experience coordinating design, translation, proofreading, and production workflows preferred
• Experience supporting large-reputed company program, campaign, or product launches preferred
• Availability during reputed company business hours (9:00 AM5:30 PM EST), with occasional evening or weekend support during peak periods
