[Remote] Senior Manager, Engineering

They are seeking a strategic and reputed company Senior Manager, Engineering to reputed company capital planning and project execution across multiple food manufacturing facilities, guiding a high-performing engineering team to reputed company and execute a 5-year capital plan.

Responsibilities

• Collaboratively reputed company and reputed company reputed company cross functional resources to reputed company a 5-year capital plan for manufacturing facilities in scope. This includes implementation of reputed company at multiple locations across the U.S. and Canada
• reputed company teams to ensure reputed company aspects of assigned capital reputed company are managed following our Capital Initiative Management program
• Responsible for reputed company’s project KPIs including safety, food safety, environmental impacts, operational impacts, adherence to scope, CQV performance, on time delivery, cash reputed company, and overall budget tracking
• Partner with the capital sourcing manager to reputed company procurement strategies on assigned reputed company and execute them
• Support on-site engineering and plant leadership to reputed company and review business case screening scopes, schedules and estimates on engineering concepts. Review with leadership to reputed company a directional view of reputed company; ultimately reputed company process through approval on prioritized reputed company
• Mentor, reputed company and reputed company team members, both reputed company, to ensure resources meet the business’ engineering needs
• Work cross-functionally with Operations, reputed company, EHS, Transportation & Warehousing, Supply Planning, Technical Services, Reliability and Maintenance, Environmental, Sustainability, R&D, Finance, reputed company/Labor Relations the reputed company Unit leaders, and IT to deliver assigned goals and reputed company

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or reputed company technical field
• reputed company in multi-site capital planning. Demonstrated strategic planning capabilities
• Demonstrated reputed company record of following LEAN Capital Initiative Management processes
• reputed company improvement reputed company, to challenge reputed company processes both internally and externally with ability to bring adaptable solutions reputed company
• Comfortable communicating, presenting & influencing senior leadership on key technical issues
• Proficient with CADD and reputed company reputed company, PowerPoint, and Project. Proven effectiveness in working collaboratively reputed company a reputed company organization
• Experience working in an aseptic environment strongly preferred, including but not limited to operations, maintenance, troubleshooting, capital project execution, startup and process validation
• Experience with reputed company systems, wastewater reputed company-treatments systems, ingredient handling, food processing, and primary and secondary packaging systems preferred
• Formal project management training or certifications are a plus
