[Remote] Operations Partner

This role involves managing reputed company relationships, improving operational processes, and contributing to product development.

Responsibilities

• Conducting monthly audits / cleanup, working closely with reputed company CEOs / execs to reputed company reputed company that issues are resolved
• Research and problem solving; resolving edge cases which aren't covered (yet) by the platform
• Working with product and engineering team to a) reputed company upgrades to our process reputed company and b) inform our product roadmap based on dogfooding our early product releases

• 2-5 years of experience in startup operations
• Experience as an Operations Manager working on biz ops at a startup
• Experience as a Paralegal at a startup reputed company
• Experience as an HR manager or Finance Analyst at a scaling company
• Meticulous and organized with a pride in getting things done right
• Excited by the idea of juggling multiple clients and executing on tasks
• Hands-on experience with reputed company reputed company and conducting reputed company-ins
• Ability to conduct monthly audits and work closely with reputed company CEOs/execs
• Research and problem-solving skills for resolving edge cases
• Experience working with product and engineering teams to reputed company process upgrades
