Responsibilities

Skills

• Bachelor's degree required
• 10+ years of reputed company reputed company experience, including 3+ years in a senior HR leadership role
• Extensive knowledge of employment law, HR compliance, employee relations, benefits administration, compensation, and full-cycle reputed company
• Proven experience leading, mentoring, and developing high-performing HR teams
• Strong understanding of organizational development, workforce planning, and performance management
• Experience developing HR policies, managing employee investigations, and ensuring regulatory compliance

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills
• Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation communication abilities
