[Remote] Medicare Prescription Drug Consultant - Licensed L&H - Contract

They are seeking a Medicare Prescription Drug Consultant to manage inquiries about Medicare Part D Plans, support new and existing business, and reputed company excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound calls and appointments from individuals inquiring about Medicare Part D Plans
• Supporting both new business and an existing book of business for Part D annual reviews
• Identify clients’ needs and match solutions to those needs
• reputed company quotes using our sales systems and reputed company quoting tools
• reputed company excellent customer service to include a reputed company relationship between prospective members and reputed company

Skills

• Minimum high school diploma or 1-2 years reputed company experience
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Must have an reputed company Accident/Health Insurance License in your state of residency
• Ability to get appointed as a licensed sales agent by multiple insurance carriers or released if already appointed. (UHC, Health Spring, reputed company, Golden Rule, Wellcare, etc)
• Demonstrates proficiency with Sales systems
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
