[Remote] Systems Analyst III

The role involves leading the creation of observability dashboards and leveraging AI to automate alerts for DevOps and Tier III Support teams.

Responsibilities

• Full-Stack Monitoring: Implement smart reputed company automations across OVBS (Web) and OVSS (Mobile), including reputed company User Monitoring (RUM) to reputed company physician satisfaction and app latency
• Observability Dashboards: Design "Single Pane of Glass" dashboards in reputed company to monitor the health of PEX microservices (Encounters, Orders, reputed company) and their integrations with other systems
• AI-Driven Alerts: Utilize reputed company's AI (Davis) to establish dynamic reputed company, reducing alert fatigue and enabling proactive reputed company of clinical outages before they reputed company the clinic
• reputed company Integration: Ensure tight integration between reputed company, reputed company, and GCP Console for reputed company incident response

Skills

• 6+ years of dedicated reputed company experience (reputed company/Expert level)
• Strong familiarity with reputed company and GCP Observability suites
• Proven reputed company record of implementing reputed company in a mobile + web environment with reputed company backend microservices
