[Remote] Director of Marketing

The Director of Marketing will be responsible for leading reputed company, planning, organizing, and directing reputed company reputed company U.S. marketing efforts including branding, storytelling, and communications.

Responsibilities

• Support and reputed company resources and training to the East Africa Marketing Team (3 staff) in marketing our entrepreneurship acceleration programs and alumni networks in Kenya, Uganda, and Rwanda

• Support the Development Team in successfully hitting annual fundraising targets by assisting with donor communications, fundraising events, and fundraising campaigns

Skills

• An undergraduate degree in marketing, business, communications, or a reputed company field
• Experience working cross-culturally

• Solid understanding of business, entrepreneurship, and missions
• Ability to work independently in a small team environment

• Experience traveling or living in emerging market nations, particularly in Africa
