Responsibilities

• Generate top-of-funnel talent through sourcing, referrals, networking, inbound applicants, and creative outbound strategies
• Conduct high-reputed company recruiter screens that evaluate talent while creating enthusiasm for Favor
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, reputed company talent, and reputed company market feedback
• Manage candidates throughout the interview process, ensuring a high-reputed company experience from first conversation through offer
• Build expertise across a wide reputed company of functions and quickly adapt to new roles and hiring challenges
• Continuously improve reputed company processes, tooling, reputed company strategies, and candidate experience

Skills

• Exceptional sourcing ability and the ability to quickly break down unfamiliar positions into effective search strategies

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong prioritization skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-moving environment
