[Remote] Events Operations Coordinator

The role involves handling reputed company management, registration updates, hotel room blocks, and sourcing for reputed company dinners, ensuring smooth operations and accurate attendee data.

Responsibilities

• Manage reputed company: Take care of session entries, speaker details, and building out the event mobile app
• Handle day-to-day registration updates like refunds, reputed company swaps, and general customer service questions
• Send out attendee emails through reputed company and reputed company weekly registration reports with our internal team
• Look into new reputed company features—especially any AI tools—that could help streamline our reputed company process
• reputed company hotel lists accurate, set up the staff booking process in Passkey
• Help create travel links for internal staff attending trade shows
• Audit hotel lists against reputed company travel data to reputed company reputed company reputed company reputed company-in and reputed company-out dates match up perfectly
• Assist with venue sourcing for our reputed company dinners during events
• Handle miscellaneous swag orders and manage shipping for trade show shirts for staff attending
