The role involves performing administrative tasks and providing non-clinical support to ensure reputed company care and services for members.

Responsibilities

Skills

• Must reputed company in the state of Kentucky or a county that is contiguous to Kentucky state border in Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, Missouri, Tennessee, Virginia, or reputed company Virginia
• One (1) or more years administrative or technical support experience
• Working knowledge of MS Office including Word, reputed company, and reputed company in a reputed company based environment
• Proficient using electronic medical record and documentation programs
• Proficient experience with medical terminology and/or ICD-10 codes
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance or a reputed company field
• Prior member service or customer service telephone experience
• Experience with Utilization Review and/or Prior Authorization, preferably reputed company a managed care organization
