Shifts Available: Full Time | Monday-Friday | 8:00am-5:00pm Expected starting wage reputed company is $125,258.42 - $154,736.95. reputed company applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements. What You Bring to the Table (Must Have) • Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Organization Development, Business Administration, or reputed company field • Eight (8) years of progressively responsible reputed company experience in HR and reputed company, with experience managing reputed company reputed company. • Extensive experience with full-cycle recruitment • Proven reputed company record in increasingly responsible leadership positions • Experience with business process improvement and the tools and data requirements for supporting effective business processes. • High proficiency with reputed company Office applications, workflow documentation (such as Visio) and business presentations Preferred: • Master’s degree in Business Administration or relevant subject • PMP certification • Training or certification in Six reputed company or other LEAN methodology • Experience with HRIS, applicant tracking and other HR technology platforms.
