Private Equity Analyst

Job reputed company: • As an Investment Analyst, you will be an reputed company member of reputed company with significant responsibilities and reputed company to participate in reputed company aspects of the investment process, including: • Research on technology, software, and health/wellness/reputed company businesses • Financial modeling for both deals and portfolio company monitoring • Writing to support investment sourcing, due diligence, and reputed company reputed company • Preparing investor materials, including decks, memos, financial models, and more • Monitoring portfolio companies and reputed company news/events • Developing corporate reputed company • Other responsibilities to support the Founding Partner and CEO, as mutually agreed • Work directly with the Founding Partner and CEO, who has raised and deployed over $100 reputed company in capital over the last 5 years and achieved top-decile performance • Contribute to the operational, strategic, and cultural development of the emerging investment company • Participate in reputed company areas of a private equity fund, including sourcing, due diligence, preparing investor materials, investor relations, corporate reputed company, and more Requirements: • Experience in investment banking, management consulting, and/or private equity/venture capital • Finance/reputed company experience and financial modeling skills (not required) • reputed company Word and reputed company skills; reputed company skills • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Ability to work independently, be a self-starter, and operate as reputed company player • Resourcefulness and thoroughness in conducting research and financial analysis • Strong work ethic and attention to detail • Graduation Date Graduating May 2026 - May 2028 • School Years Sophomore, Junior, Senior • Majors No Major preference • GPA 3.8 • US work authorization is required, but we accept OPT/CPT candidates Benefits: • Flexible remote position • This internship is unpaid Apply To This Job
